In this episode of A Rational Fear we remember the genius that has been, Lewis Hobba.

Let me just say first up — Lewis Hobba is still very much alive.

However whilst ploughing through the analytics dashboard of the A Rational Fear podcast feed, I discovered that most of our listeners can only bear to listen to about 70% of the way through an episode before they rightfully turn off or decide to listen to something better or worse — sit with their own thoughts quietly.

What this means is that so many of you have missed out on the ramblings of the comedic prodigy that is Lewis Hobba, because traditionally, Lewis closes our live shows.

I can say this here because Lewis won’t read it — he’s very good.

Lewis Hobba is one of the smartest, and funniest people I know. He has such a low tolerance for mediocrity, which is why I’m constantly surprised he still enjoys doing this podcast. As he forges his career in legacy media I’m surprised that one of those commercial stations hasn’t snapped him up and put him on a 7 figure contract, but I guess you have to go on The Bachelor to do that these-days, and Lewis’ bachelor days are way behind him, he is after all king of the boomer radio on Triple J.
