NEW PODCAST: Jazz Twemlow, Vidya Rajan, Lewis Hobba, Dan Ilic + Barnaby Joyce

G’day Fearmongers,

Hope you’re all surviving the current restrictions, no matter what state you’re in. NSW, VIC and parts of QLD are under Stay-At-Home restrictions. South Australia is restricted by the relentless mocking from people outside of South Australia. Tasmania is restricted by a large body of water and Western Australia is restricted by the price of a cup of coffee.

I enjoyed this from Briggs yesterday:

ON THE PODCAST THIS WEEK:

We are joined by the orphans of satirical comedy shows past. From the Roast, and Tonightly, Jazz Twemlow joins us to plug his new Amazon Prime sketch show. And from The Feed, and At Home Alone Together we have Vidya Rajan to plug nutritional yeast. Then there’s me, Dan Ilic and Lewis Hobba — you know us already.

The menu for this week’s podcast:

  • SkyNews being kicked off YouTube.

  • Barbie Dolls we really need.

  • How to solve the farting cows.

  • Barnaby Joyce’s day drinking.

POST A REVIEW TO WIN A SHIRT:

If you enjoy our little show please steal your friends phone and subscribe them up to it, and give us a 5 star review in the Apple Podcasts store. Use the code word “Piano” in your review to win an A Rational Fear T-shirt.

Cheers

Dan

A RATIONAL GEAR:

At our RedBubble store you can shop some satirical and sartorial lewks, or maybe you just need a pillow to scream into on your 100th day of lockdown.

To commemorate John Barilaro’s attack on free speech and satire we have done a collab with Brisbane artist Nordacious and have created what we suspect will be a very limited edition series of merchandise. Pick up a t-shirt / sticker or hoodie before we have to take it down.
